I’m Alexis, the founder of Ancient Womb.

My work begins with listening, to the breath, the body, the nervous system, and the deeper intelligence that often speaks before words do.

Ancient Womb grew from my own devotion to embodiment, motherhood, movement, sound, Ayurveda, and the quiet process of coming home to myself. Over time, this work became a way of holding others through their own return.

In session, I do not follow a script. I meet what is present.

Sometimes that looks like breath and movement. Sometimes it looks like sound, stillness, touch, or conversation. Sometimes the body needs grounding. Sometimes it needs expression. Sometimes it simply needs permission to soften.

This work is not about fixing what is broken.

It is about creating the conditions for what is alive, wise, and already within you to be felt again.

Ancient Womb is for those who are ready to listen differently, to slow down, reconnect, and allow the body to become a place of guidance, not just survival.
