Hi, my name is Alexis Cintrón, founder of Ancient Womb, a practice rooted in guiding individuals back to their center and reclaiming their inner sanctuary. My work focuses on empowering others to transmute old patters, envision their next phase of growth, and navigate the waves of life with presence, purposeful action, and a sense of joy and fun.

Through my own journey of transformation, I’ve learned that cultivating a deep connection to ourselves—mind, body, emotions and spirit—is the foundation for an empowered experience. It establishes us in the presence and allows us to trust ourselves admits an ever-changing world.

At Ancient Womb, I combine integrative somatic practices, movement, healing touch, and intuitive channeling to help others find balance, presence, and a deeper connection to their true nature.

My work reflects my belief that every individual has the opportunity to realign with their essence and create a life of intention, beauty, and authenticity.

This is more than a practice; it’s a calling to reclaim who we are at our core and move through life with gratitude and grace.
